Having worked with children and families within childcare and education for most of my life, I realised I was feeling pulled towards supporting people with their emotional and psychological health, rather than their physical and educational needs.

I currently work as a school counsellor and have a community counselling role alongside my private practice, working with a wide variety of clients with a broad range of life experiences and challenges.

I work a lot with teenagers struggling within the education system, and navigating friendships and wider relationships. Many of my clients are neurodivergent, as the school environment often poses many additional challenges for them. Drawing on my lived experience has helped me in my work with them.

Relationships are often challenging, for children and adults, and I am passionate about helping people understand themselves and who they are within relationships. I work with individuals, not couples, but clients have often found that through deepening self-awareness, they become more able to understand their own and others' emotions and behaviour. This has helped them develop insight and awareness that has supported them with friendships, as well as family and intimate relationships.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental space for anyone, regardless of background, identity, sexuality or life experience. I'm proud to work inclusively with LGBTQ+ clients and welcome people from all walks of life who are looking to better understand themselves and their relationships.
