1. About This Course
This course is provided by Dominic Burch, trading as Counselling with Dominic, BACP Registered and NCPS Accredited Counsellor, Bradford, West Yorkshire.

2. Price and Payment
The standard price for this course is £50. An introductory early bird discount of 20% (reducing the price to £40) is available to the first 20 enrolments using the code TWENTY20. Payment is processed securely through Wix Payments at the point of enrolment.

3. Access
On successful payment you will receive access to all course content including video sections, transcripts, downloadable resources, end of course quiz and certificate of completion. Access is granted for 6 months from the date of enrolment.
4. Refund Policy
As this is a digital product, refunds cannot be offered once you have accessed the course content. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact counsellingwithdominic@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve it. In exceptional circumstances a discretionary refund may be considered at the provider's sole discretion.
5. Certificate of Completion
A certificate of completion is issued automatically on passing the end of course quiz with a score of 75% or above. The quiz may be retaken an unlimited number of times. Please ensure your full name is entered correctly at enrolment as this is how it will appear on your certificate.
6. CPD Accreditation
This course is currently in the process of CPD accreditation. A certificate of completion is issued on passing the quiz and can be used as evidence of CPD activity. The accreditation status of the course will be updated on this page when confirmed.
7. Course Content
All course content is provided for professional development purposes only. It does not constitute clinical supervision, therapeutic advice, or a substitute for professional training. Practitioners are responsible for their own clinical decision-making and must work within the guidance of their professional body at all times.
8. This Course Is Not a Crisis Resource

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
